Event organizers rely on pre-sales to determine pay-outs for the event long before it takes place. There are many costs associated with live events that many of us are not aware of, including equipment, large teams of people, rehearsals, recordings, travel expenses, venue rental fees, etc. Were tickets refundable, it would make it impossible to guarantee payment for these real costs, and the events would not be possible. Most tickets can be resold or given away if you are unable to use them.

TicketsPlus is an online, self-service tool. This means that organizers handle all aspects of their events. If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organizer directly. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email, referencing your order details, or sending them a message from the event listing where you originally registered.

You can visit event view page and then you can find organizer contact button on left side.

What are valid tickets?
PDF ticket(s) with barcode and order ID will be the valid tickets. A purchase confirmation email will not be accepted at the door unless it’s an email from the original buyer with transfer instructions.

TicketsPlus is a user-friendly, state-of-the-art ticketing platform with many exciting features. You are able to purchase multiple tickets from different events, attendee/organizer add-ons are also available for purchase. Example: Bottle service, drink tickets, merchandise and other services.

Steps to buy tickets or attendee/organizer add-ons:

1. Open an event page.
2. Select add-ons services on the left Dashboard.
3. Click on [ + ] Add a Request on the upper right corner.
4. Click the check box beside the item, input your credit card info and save to checkout.

You can transfer tickets to another person by forwarding your purchase confirmation email with instructions stating you would like to assign the ticket(s) to a different person (Including full name).
Unfortunately, you cannot change the name on a ticket. However, you can forward your purchase confirmation email with instructions stating you would like to assign the ticket(s) to a different person (Including full name).

To request a refund if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the event organizer.

1. Got to My tickets

2. Click on   (3 vertical dots ) on the side to View Order.

3. Click on Details to contact the event organizer.

TicketsPlus organizers set their own refund policies. Before requesting a refund, first check the event listing to see if the event organizer set a refund policy. All sales are subject to terms and conditions agreed upon prior to purchasing your ticket. No Exception, unless otherwise stated. Review our Terms of Service here.

Printing your tickets is recommended prior to attending the event.

Steps to print ticket(s):

1. Login to Your account.
2. Go to My tickets.
3. Click on   (3 vertical dots ) on the side to View Order.
4. Select Print tickets or Details.

Can't find your tickets in my account? You can access your purchase confirmation email with your ticket(s) attached. Open the attachment to print your tickets (black & white works!).
