FEBRUARY 4TH PRE-FESTIVAL EVENTS
- Sunset Sips with the Tequila Ambassador - Join the Tequila Ambassador Julio Bermejo of Tommy's Mexico alongside some very special guests. Expect iconic drinks, legendary agave folks, sun and fun as we open the Fiesta de Agave festivities!
- Cayman Loves Agave - Door No. 4 presents a bunch of the best in the Agave business behind the bar, dishing out lashings of Olmeca Altos Tequila until late!
FEBRUARY 5TH
- Agave Awakenings - Catalina's delicious breakfast offerings get an Agave upgrade throughout the Fiesta de Agave weekend!
- Salon De Agave: Spirits of Mexico - The Fiesta de Agave seminar hub offers 4 sessions per day throughout the festival with a packed program of masterclasses, tastings and discussions from the world's most interesting agave gurus*
*Sign up for seminars / tastings sessions is limited and first come, first served. 24 seats per session.

- Stories by the Sky with Julio Bermejo - Join an agave icon each day for as they make one signature drink with one signature spirit for one hour! Includes one drink and one neat agave spirit)
- Mi Casa - Casa 43 is always a happy place, but join them from 4-6pm every day of FdA for an extra special happy hour(s) with extra special guests and their favourite Tequila, Mezcals and agave spirits
FEBRUARY 7TH
- La Gran Fiesta - Join us on the beach as 14 local bars share their signature Fiesta de Agave cocktails. Mexican food stands, live entertainment, Masters of the Margarita & Legends of Agave bars, tasting stations and SO MUCH MORE!
